Jim gained an appreciation for real estate early in life having several relative in the real estate business. He began his carrier in 1990 as a broker assistant for a top producer, then in 1991 became an independent agent with Fox & Carskadon, Better Homes and Garden in San Carlos. Over the next decade, Jim perfected his practice and gained a positive reputation in the industry. Jim became a broker in 1997.

In 2000, Jim founded JE Telecom Consulting, Inc., a commercial real estate company that played a major role in the acquisition, development and management of wireless telecommunications networks in California. During this time, Jim represented the largest names in the wireless business and his company acquired, designed and built thousands of telecommunication facilities throughout California. This experience provided Jim with contract, legal, construction and management knowledge far beyond the average residential real estate agent and exposed him to some of the highest profile telecommunication development projects in California.

Jim never forgot his real estate beginning and during his years of operating his commercial company, he continued to represent his residential clients. During the past 25 years he has proven time and again that he lives and breaths real estate. Having earned top honors in residential and setting individual production records in the telecommunications industry, Jim has continued to perfect his practice and earned a reputation as an unassuming, uncompromising professional with a passion for excellence.
